First technicians couldn't complete job because they didn't have correct parts. Requested they note urgent follow up as drain was leaking. After waiting 10 days with no contact I called & was told techs did not report my urgent need for repair. 2nd tech sent out to complete repair that was done correctly. Should also note that while i DID offer to complete drywall repair, the first two techs crucified my ceiling in their haste by cutting hole between 2 ceiling joists and ripping out all my lathe boards so I have nothing to fasten my drywall to. Now i have to reframe my ceiling & recut the hole square un order to repair their butchery. Don't ever send them back to my house!

I came out to Loren and Kathleen’s home today to address an issue with their jet pump. The pump had water in it over the winter and it froze and cracked. I installed a new jet pump for them. After installation, I filled the pump with water and attempted to prime it. I tried several time and let it run for several minutes at a time and was unable to build pressure. The pump is fed by about 80’ of line that rises roughly 25’. Loren said it usually primes in about 3-4 minutes. Loren also put a new foot valve on the end of the line today. We ran the pump and found that the foot valve was not sucking any water. We then removed the foot valve and tried again. The pump was sucking nothing through the end of the line. I suspect at this point that the line is clogged up. I confirmed the pump is building pressure by opening the valve with pump running and it will spray water. Loren went to go get a new line to install from the lake to the pump. Please let us know if this does not work and w

Arrived on site Today, Swick home services performed a series of water analysis. while on site we tested for approximately eight different types of contaminants within the water supply. A Tech was previously on site to perform a maintenance on a high efficiency boiler system. while doing so he verified that the manifold for the in-floor heating began to fail, causing heating issues throughout the facility. I Performed testing and inspections on the plumbing fixtures on site. while doing so I confirmed a lot of devices are older and in a poor state, that could potentially lead to dripping or leaking from the fixtures. While performing the water analysis, I verified that some of the safety mechanisms that need to be in place for code compliance on the well system is not implemented and will cause issues. When Water treatment is in place a minimum water pressure needs to be maintained properly filter the domestic water supply Place is a 20–40 psi this is nowhere near equivalent to modern

In this estimate we would be replacing existing brass manifold for the in-floor heating. We would be replacing it with a stainless steel UPONOR (WIRSBO) manifold that will certainly help it run but also last longer with the harsh water that is flowing through out the system. Even though it is made out of stainless steel I still highly recommend looking into water treatment to ensure the best water is flowing through the whole building.
